http://mpso.org/MPSO/Welcome_files/shapeimage_2.jpgI chose this photo because the Milwaukee Police Department District 3 plays an important role in Block Watch in the Johnsons Park neighborhood. I think the citizens in the neighborhood are comfortable calling the police when there is a problem and I think that they have a close relationship and good communication.
